Print with supports. Be very careful removing the supports next to the actual charging space. A little pushing around with a jewelers screw driver should take care of it, you want it pushed through the channel, not up behind the cable management. Not sure about the rear cable management, let me know if it works for you. Works very well when you add double sided tape behind the charging module.
