Aprilaire 4217 Scale control insert replacement part

This a replacement part for an Aprilaire humidifier model 550, 550A, 558 and 568. It replace part Aprilaire 4217 Scale control insert and it is used in combination with the Aprilaire No10 water panel and Aprilaire 4218 Water distribution tray. I have used ABS for this project which is better then the plastic they have used on the original part. You need to print both parts twice and glue them together to form the entire replacement part. I have used ABS pipe yellow glue, it is made for ABS and it is water resistant. I have used it in my furnace for the last month without a problem.
