Based on surface skimmer by ArjitJangid (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2879673) but redesigned from scratch with easier printing in mind.
Added a mounting point for Eheim 727110 suction cups (https://www.ebay.com/itm/190794265260). Also made the top closed as our turtle tends to push it down, and I don't want the fishes to end up in the filter.
The pipe that goes to the filter is 16mm outer diameter.
**EDIT 2019-07-07**: My previous "top" sank after a couple of days, updated "Print Settings" below with what I found works best after a lot of sinking ones... :)
