Aragorn's Crown

I couldn't find a good free file for Aragorn's Crown so I tried my best with my limited skills in Tinkercad. Someone please take this and make it better or get inspired to start over and make a better one. If you try to make this I only ask that you share you results.

Couple of notes
-You will have to heat and bend the plumes to fit the curve of the crown
-The cabling on the side is twisted wire glued in place I have no idea how to model that
-The arrow points have some cabling around the edges but I was not able to get my ender 3 to print that detail
- I stuck the rim of the crown together with super glue and probably strengthen the seam with baking soda be careful with the fumes when you do this.
