This is a project I´ve done for a friend who pursached a DIY kit with Joystick + 10 buttons, like this one:

It has 8 holes (32 mm diameter) for main buttons, and 2 (25.5 mm) for Start/Select.
This item is split in 4 parts, so its ready for printing in a 20x20 mm bed.
Assembling is very easy, with normal allen screw and nuts (4mm for joining both sides, and 3 mm for tighting the base).
Total size is 250x140x77mm.
Feel free to comment and modify it with necessary openings.
