This is a 3D printed insert for a standard ARLISS M fiberglass payload carrier (a 6" FG coupler) to carry and deploy multiple PocketQube S4 satellites.

It has a total capacity in a standard ARLISS Classis M payload carrier of ~20p of S4 satellites - depending on satellite size (1p, 2p, or 3p) and recovery mechanism.

It has three modules, the first is a base module with a floor, the second is intended to stack on the first and doubles the capacity. And third adds another increment of capacity as it stacks.

The three modules need to be separately printed, carefully aligned to let the PocketQubes easily deploy, and then be CAed in place. Suggest spraying inside of deployment tubes with silicon or teflon spray to let the PQs easily deploy.

Another ~8p of satellites can be packaged in a standard ARLISS M 6" nosecone for captive carry.

Recommend printing in either an enhanced PLA or PETG.
