ENG ATTENTION in my print profiles I had to enable the X and Y compensation of 0.05 to correct the small print deviation of 0.10mm on the two axes to have the file assembled with the correct dimensions. It may be that you don't need this setting I designed these adapters to be able to rotate the spool more fluidly, avoiding problems under extrusion when printing from an external spool, especially with TPU. the spiral support must be printed in PETG as it is more flexible than PLA and adapts up to reels with an 80mm hole. it is slightly less long than the original bambulab tube. NO ball bearings needed. Flaps with a taper have been created to simplify insertion of the adapter into the cardboard reels. once you have inserted most of the adapter it will be difficult to push it all the way in, thus aligning the end of the adapter with the spool cardboard. these fins, cut in this way, will partly come out from one side, by inserting two fingers while holding the adapter where it has a flat
