I found the head plug from The Matrix (1999), for a costume party last year, but I really wanted the arm plugs as well. A quick 5 min CAD session and I created this STL file for you as well.

These weren't modelled with a high degree of accuracy. I took a look at a film still and guessed the dimensions. If you're going for true cinema replica, look elsewhere.

To attach to my arms I used industrial grade 3M VHB high bond double sided tape. There's probably a latex based adhesive which might work better after a few hours the doublesided tape fell off.

It's a pretty basic model, so don't get carried away calibrating your printer. Acrylic paint and weathering will coverup all but the most coarse print job.
