I printed this without changing the size of the Skeleton, as such the Arm Sockets did not work so I fixed them
I set my supports, always, to only have 1mm interface and the supports came right off. I did a little sanding but I did leave a few ridges to help the socket so the Arm stayed in position when moved.
I test fitted several times before I assembled. I experimented putting the arms on the ball:
1 Arm I assembled, glued and used wood clamps and clamped tight so glue would set. I then heated the Petg with a blow dryer and popped it on
1 Arm I put in place on the ball, glued and used wood clamps and clamped it until glue was set. *** I made sure that one of the clamps was within a 1/2 inch of the ball/socket on the arm and made sure the clamp was really tightly clamped.
I did not notice any difference in the way the arms work.
**There was a gap on both arms near the socket of less than 1mm. **Test fit and sand out a little or sand the ball for better fit
**Also note I upped
