Articulated Caterpillar – Print-in-Place Have fun with this one! This super cute articulated caterpillar prints in place and measures 159mm in length at 100% scale. I had a blast designing and testing this model—and it’s just as fun to print as it is to wiggle.Scaling Notes:✅ 100% – Best overall movement and flow✅ 80% – Prints well with only a slight reduction in movement⚠️ Below 80% – I recommend using a painted brim🛑 I do not recommend a regular brim, as each articulated section prints separately and the brim will be extremely difficult to removeI tested multiple sizes and settings, and I’m publishing the size and profile that gave me the best overall results and smoothest articulation.
