UPDATE 1/26/2023: This project has been abandoned. PLA is not stiff enough for this application in my opinion.
*THIS ONLY KINDA WORKS AND IS A WIP, PRINT AT YOUR OWN RISK*
Needed a low profile microphone arm for my Shure SM57, but the only one I found was the Elgato LP arm, and that's $100!
Total cost was ~$10-15 including fasteners and filament.
Highly recommend printing "5_8-27_bolt_12mm_v1" slowly and with the smallest layers possible--40 mm/s 0.12 mm layer height worked well on my Ender3 V2.
Assembly uses one of every part except for "Connecting_Arm_V1", which is used twice to extend the microphone out further.
Infills currently used:
- "C-Clamp_V1"
50% (I might try 100% but I have my doubts about a plastic mount being viable at all. It
flexes quite badly and I suspect it might fail from creep
This metal clamp used for VESA monitor mounts is more suitable:

- "5_8-27_bolt_1
