The Artillery Sidewinder X1 came with a poorly designed spool holder that mounts on the top extrusion. There are quite a few modifications available and I have been using one of them for over a year now, but it has a problem.
More than once I've had a print fail because the extruder couldn't pull the filament free from a wedged strand along the edge. It doesn't happen often, but it's ruined a couple of prints, so time for an upgrade.
The design came from a user of the Pyramid A1.1, a pretty good printer, very similar in design to the Sidewinder. I made a very small modification to the original design, it needed a cutout on the back to avoid rubbing against the top linkage belt. (The Pyramid version is printed in red, Artillery with cutout in green.)
I almost forgot, he has another design posted that will hold the filament sensor, but you will have to create your own cut out for the belt. I use Octoprint and the filament sensor on the Sidewinder doesn't work with it. I
