Artisian 3e servo coupler

Here is a custom servo couple to attach a standard servo to the Artisian 3E coffee roaster. There is a 3D printed servo horn in the files, if you already have one you can just your what you have and only print out the Pot Side.

The two halves of the coupler are held together with M3 bolts. For the set screw it's an M3 nut into the slot and an M3 bolt threaded through the nut to apply the clamping force onto the pot shaft. There is a hole allowing you to screw the assembled couple onto the servo as well.

I also added a combined file if you wanted to 3D print a single piece.
