Designed and assembled a horizontal pressure vessel in SolidWorks based on ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 1 design principles, incorporating shell, dished heads, nozzles, manway, saddles, and lifting lugs. Performed structural validation using SolidWorks Simulation, evaluating stress, strain, displacement, and factor of safety under internal pressure loading. The design achieved a minimum FOS of 3.4, demonstrating compliance-oriented design and structural reliability. Technical Scope of the Project: • Applied pressure vessel design principles aligned with ASME BPVC Section VIII Div. 1 requirements. • Performed static structural analysis using SolidWorks Simulation.
