From Icon to 3D is a fun challenge!
The Assault Cuirass from DotA 2 made into a bust.
The Hyperstone base is a component to make the armor in game
I didn't include the arms because... I dread having to make hands
It needs supports under the pauldrons and some of the segments but they are very easy to remove with little chance of anything breaking
