This is a quadrant for looking measuring the angular height from horizontal of non-solar astronomical phenomena. We used these educationally for measuring the height of the moon over a period of weeks to discern patterns in its movement. To function it requires string to attach the plumb weight to the quadrant.Glue can be used to seal the plumb weight, but if you do so, I suggest to add glue to the knot as well. Included in the 3mf are negative cylinders so you can adjust to your thickness of string. It is a remix, where I flipped the whole thing around for looking up, and renumbered the degrees of measure to positive, added a stop at the end, simplified it 20%, and coloured it, in remixing from HankoTom's Ergonomic Quadrant over on Printables, and including Neofytos Polkarios' stiff arm. I did not find the arm particularly effective (too often getting frictionally stuck), but also flipped it around and added an indicator line. Enjoy!
