This is a simple mount to put a compact flash-IDE adaptor into your ATARI ST 1040STF (F!)... this means those STF models which have the "M" part (TV modulator) unpopulated so the CF-card can got there - right between the power-supply and the disc-drive.

It is meant to be fixed by one screw which also fixes the power-supply and some sort of double-sided sticky-tape underneath the baseplate.
