The official Atari 7800 power supply is 9 volts, 1 amp. It uses a unique power supply plug. I have 3 Atari 7800’s but only 1 power supply. This project allowed me to make additional compatible power supplies. This design consists of 2 parts: The plug and the cover. Metal pins extracted from a header socket are inserted into the plug end and the wire is inserted into the other end, soldered to the header pins and the cover is screwed down to hold the wires in place and protect the connections. This could use some refinement, I’ll include the FreeCad file. See included pdf for instructions on how to use the header-socket pins.
