usage:
Cartridge boots to monitor, 2xESC and RETURN to go to DOS.
SHIFT+CONTROL+TAB for cold boot.
Press 5 to list disk D5: ROMdisk

Dump file (CAR): https://a8.jindrou.sh/user_mddos_mikro.html (ROM disk D5: contains Turbo Basic)
We must convert the CAR file to BIN before programming EPROM using the https://atari800.github.io/ Atari800 emulator (F1 - Cartridge management - Extract ROM image...)
