AtomRC Dolphin Pan camera nose assembly.

This is a combined remix of 2 designs. One by Focussoft and the other by M_Flippy. This is for the AtomRC Dolphin. It simplifies the original design and has fewer moving parts. It will only have pan and only requires one servo. Options for 16 and 19mm cameras are included.
