I designed this to allow for better representation of chains not for an accurate count of potential bonds. I recommend printing each type of atom in a different color, and printing the bonds and pegs in a neutral color. I printed mine out of the availability of colors, but I highly recommend putting some thought into the color scheme. The inserts and pegs have only 0.25mm of clearance so any elephant foot or warping can cause problems. I recommend press-fitting the letter inserts with pliers. Do not expect to be removing the inserts at any point. They sit flush and would be near impossible to remove. I printed in PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle with 0.3mm layer height and 30% infill. I can design additional parts with compatibility with the rest.
