This is an adapter plate for a ATX Power Supply so that it can be installed upside down. If you are building a sleeper PC, you may find that some older cases require you to install your power supply with the fan pressed against the top of the case. If you find yourself in that sort of situation, then hopefully this helps you as much it has helped me.

Instructions: Screw Plate onto PSU, then install into case.
