Audio Technica ATH-M40x Hinge

Update 27.07.25: Added export of Step and 3fd files of the design. Should allow everybody to edit the part as they want (mirror to other side, fix spacing of top flange etc).

Works the same as original. Allows folding, rotating (same angles as original), has internal channel for the cable. Seems to hold up ok.

The model attached fits the left side, if you need right side please mirror both on X and Y. I was told it fits. If you find out mirrored part doesn't fit, please let me know in the comments.

This is a replacement part for Audio Technica ATH-M40x headphones. I believe from around 2016, yours may differ. Mine already has a longer metal band in the hinge like here: https://imgur.com/a/BT9mG .
