The body is covered in large, faceted golden-yellow crystals, like citrine or topaz shards grown directly from the skin.
Crystals are arranged anatomically:
Chest and abs: smaller interlocking scales that follow the pectoral and abdominal muscles, forming a clear six-pack pattern
Shoulders: a ring of upward-pointing spikes around the deltoids
Forearms: the biggest crystals on the body, forming heavy, armored gauntlets made of overlapping leaf-shaped shards
Thighs and shins: large diamond-shaped crystals pointing downward, densest on the outer legs
Back: a central spine of smaller scales flanked by the same shoulder spikes seen from the front
