Automata 1

A small base for making miniature automata out of paper - a starting point for creativity - a quick print and an easy project.

During this month of [Makevember](https://twitter.com/hashtag/makevember), I saw the excellent automata made by [@wolfCatWorkshop](https://twitter.com/wolfCatWorkshop) out of scrap wood, paperclips and paper. I decided to try to make a simple base for making my own automata in a similar fashion.

Additional things you will need:
--------
* A 1.5cm wide strip of paper (the model has a 1.5cm slot to hold the paper)
* Scissors to cut the paper
* A paperclip
* A pair of pliers to bend the paperclip


Instructions:
--------
* Cut the paper into a shape you'd like to animate
* Bend the paperclip into a shape that allows the animation you'd like
* Insert the bent paperclip into the model (long end, then short end)
* Bend the 'crank' into the paperclip
* Connect the paper to the crank, either d
