This equipment automatically assembles two parts: one injection-molded component is transferred directly from the molding machine via conveyor into the parts feeder, while the matching component is manually loaded into the feeder hopper by an operator. Components that fail to assemble due to molding defects, or those with tightening torque faults, are automatically rejected into the NG box, while OK finished products are discharged into the completed product box.
