Keep your automatic mechanical watch wound. 650 turns per day (TPD) is the typical requirement for models made by Seiko and Rolex. I provided firmware based on Arduino and open source so you can modify it. It is currently configured for maximum energy efficiently as it turns the stepper motor off at the end of each rotation and completes 650 rotation per day in alternating directions.

Notes:
1. InsertV2 is suitable for rubber dive straps.
2. Tested with electro-mechanical watches without success as these mechanisms require more momentum to wind.
