AV-30 knob extension

This is a slide-over knob extension for the uAvionix AV-30 instrument. For planes that use a plastic instrument panel overlay, the knob on the AV-30 is just a little too short. It does not extend far enough past the overlay to get a good grip on it. This thing is a knob extension that just slips over the existing knob with a friction fit. It allows the pilot to easily grab and rotate the knob. I printed two of these using PETG-CF filament, because that's what I had in my printer at the time. They printed a little rough, but they should stand up to the heat.
