AV Access KVM Rack Mount Shim

There is not rackmount kit for the AV Access extenders. We wanted them cleanly on the rackmount shelf, with the status lights visible, without any screws so I designed these shims. The notched semi circle denotes the outside edge so you know the right from left sides if you print a stack.
