Avnet Azure Sphere Starter Kit Case

12/23/20 Update. Recently Avnet released a Azure Sphere Starter Kit Rev2 board. This board is slightly different than the rev1 board. The case will work with both revisions, however the tops or lids are different. I've uploaded new lids today. Note that revision 2 lids all have *rev2* in the filename.
