This is an inner tube to help the avocado seeds germinate in hydroponics. Placing avocado seeds on the hole of the buoy will leave the lower half of the seeds submerged in water. Seeds do not dry even when the water level drops.
There are individual differences in seed size, but don't worry. The adjuster ring is for setting a small seed on the float. The number at the end of the file name indicates the inner diameter (mm) of the hole.
