Azteeg X5 Mini v2.0 bracket

This is a remix of Part A26 of the [Eclips3D - High Resolution CoreXY 3D Printer
by DDeGonge888](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1242295), modified to accommodate the v2 and v3 versions of the [Azteeg X5 Mini](https://www.panucatt.com/azteeg_X5_mini_reprap_3d_printer_controller_p/ax5mini.htm).

This also adds in the features from the [Mini USB & Switch Mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1481495), for a SPST Snap in Rocker Switch (e.g. [this one](http://www.amazon.com/3pcs-Green-Light-Rocker-Switch/dp/B006Z96CJI) from Amazon) and a Mini USB B 5 PIN Male to Female Extension Data Cable Adapter Joiner Coupler Cord (e.g. [this one](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S5LONT0) from Amazon; note that most short extensions you'll see are 25 cm, you need one that's slightly longer: 1 ft). This mount fully encloses the switch, and has a provision for the cables to exit the mount body.
