B-24 Tail Skid

Designed for a 1/12th scale B-24. It goes in the bottom rear of the fuselage to protect the tail end of the fuselage during takeoffs and landings and sometimes on the ground.
It works very well on the model and I'd say it's a must have item. The skid operates with the landing gear. It comes down with the wheels and goes back up with the wheels up. Easily operated with a small servo with a long arm.
Makes a nice fidget item too.
