I want to get the ball rolling early and gather feedback to guide the design. The model looks to satisfy the brief for the B2 Spirit. Just images for now. Hope you likey and please leave a comment. 29Dec18 Still refining the overall topology but my concept is slowly resolving. I'm aiming for a squared off Group C vibe with a dose of aeronautical influence. I would like to extend further in the rear but have stuck to the constraints of the provided chassis. Will develop it further for the 300 variant. Will tackle front end next. 30Dec18 Established the headlight profile and splitter hardware. Defined the rear end tunnel. Lots to do, hoping I won't run out of time as I'll be heading back to work on Wednesday. Stay tuned. 1Jan19 Reworked the headlight profile as I wasn't happy with the look. Added crease line to hood. Built out the rear around diffuser. Need to start cutting in body panels and drawing details. 11Jan19 I've been playing around with the idea of large acrylic side wings as found on some high performance slot cars, see images. It's just for conceptualisation and nostalgia as I used to race these years back. Group 7 or open group slot cars are the fastest accelerating physical objects outside of explosives and worth a Google or Youtube if you're interested. Wings like these would not be practical unless we were to race on huge banked tracks with an order of magnitude higher power delivery. They are there on a slot car to protect the diffuser and channel air across the whole body which is essentially a wing, hence the name 'Wing' car. I'll put it down as a Nucleus entry and get back to finalising the street car. 21 January 2019 Decided to ditch the bonnet and open up the front chassis. I'm kinda liking the smooth outer body wrapped around a hard edged, angled sub-body. I'll also look at including some clear panels so we can see the suspension elements in all their glory. Will attempt similar in the rear engine bay. Really wish the chassis didn't have that hi
