Babel fish earpiece

This is an earpiece meant to look like you have a Babel fish (from “The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy”) in your ear.
The in-ear end is modeled after in-ear earphones, and is meant to have the rubber gasket from such a pair placed on it. Specifically, I modeled this on the [Monoprice reflective in-ear earphones](http://www.monoprice.com/Product?p_id=13799); you may need to adjust the measurements for a different gasket.
The other end is a simple tail-fin.
Through the body in the middle are two holes to allow sound to enter your ear. It'll still be slightly muffled, but you should still be able to hear.
