BaBo H2D Cutter Insert 1x1

This is a remix of CavMal28's 1x1 Insert Cutter for X1 & P1. Since other versions published do not provide a large enough opening to support the H2D cutter, I created this version. This will hold up to 2 cutter blades used on the Bambu Lab H2D printer. This version has the same font used by other BaBo inserts.
