Baby Chick Pal

A new updated model of last years baby chick!This model is printed in 7 separate parts. This should make it easier to print in separate colors.The Shell and Body should be printed with supports. The rest of the parts can be printed without supports.I printed all my parts at 10% infill at .2mm to print it out faster. But be aware that the flexi legs can be weak with a lower infill.Assembly Each part has a small tolerance designed into them so that they fit better on the model. Some clean up/sanding of supports maybe necessary to fit the parts together. I used some super glue to make sure all the parts stay together permanently.You can glue the eyes and beak to the body before you put it in the shell. Then place the body into the shell making sure you keep the leg holes lined up with the holes on the shell. DO NOT GLUE THE LEGS INTO THE BODY BEFORE PLACING IT IN THE SHELL. Finally you can slot the legs into the main body through the holes in the shell.If you have any questions please let
