Bachmann compatible G gauge turnout

Modified version of the 45mm turnout, I added end connectors that work with Bachmann plastic rails and raised the tie height to Bachmann height. I'm including all parts for left turnout and parts 1 and 3 for right turnout, parts 2 and 4 can be flipped in the slicer for printing right hand turnout, but 1 and 3 have connectors that cannot be flipped.
