Bachmann HO coach coupler adapter

I had a few inexpensive Bachmann Amtrak coaches and a bunch of Kadee couplers, and rather than actually looking up how Kadee says to do this I took a couple measurements and printed out this. It works OK. Reuses the existing screw. Tested on Amfleet coaches but may work on others as well.
