Designed to clamp onto an existing backpack which then allows you to use it as a pannier back on your bike rack. I'm aware it looks like it will fall off, but we've been using this exact design for about 4 years and I think the bag has only popped off once. There are 9 size options, 10mm up to 18mm. Should fit most bags with straps up to 75mm wide. Parts needed:4x M5 nylon locking nuts2x M4 nylon locking nuts4x M5 x18 hex bolts (longer for thicker straps, 25mm maybe)2x M4x10 hex bolts Assembly is pretty self explanatory. It can be a little tricky to press the M4 nut into the hook, I normally use a pair of long nose pliers for this.
