Backpack strap for GoPro mount version 2

My previous version lasted a year and then broke when the GoPro caught on a tree branch. I redesigned it to make it a little thinner to keep it closer and a little shorter to reduce leverage on the end loops.
Thinning out the end loops allowed them to let the GoPro mount slide over the straps so they can be closer to the center and then thinner the underside of the center to allow it to fit around the strap.
