Badge Holder Spacer

We recently have gone to badge access for our PCs and this requires us to remove our badge to log in. The badge holder that we were issued had a metal plate in it that made inserting or extracting the badge difficult. The sharp edge of the metal plate was also causing a lot of wear. I came up with this solution that works very well. Take out the metal plate and insert this spacer in its place. Without the spacer the badge could fall out of the holder. The spacer has a tapered edge making insertion MUCH easier and in the middle of it has a raised sphere to help hold the badge in.

Now I'm printing a bunch of these for my coworkers.
