A 3D printed Badminton Racket! Field tested by multiple users, it will not break as long as you don't intentionally hit the ground. You will additionally need a pack of standard badminton string (10 meters) for this. For the racket: Material: PET-CF, PA12-CF / PATH-CF (in dry climate only) or anything with equal or better mechanical properties for better stiffness.Reduce infill accordingly if a stiffer material (compared to the above) is used to improve the overall weight of the racket. Otherwise maintain 100% infill. For the handle:Material: PLA, PETG, ABS (or anything equivalent in strength) will doWhen printed vertically, the handle must have relatively high wall count (~6) to not break in half. (best aesthetics)When printed horizontally, a wall count of ~(3) is sufficient, however you will have to deal with support removal.
