A 3D printed Badminton Racket! Field tested by multiple users, it will not break as long as you don't intentionally hit the ground. You will additionally need a pack of standard badminton string (10 meters) for this. For the racket: Material: PET-CF, PA12-CF / PATH-CF (in dry climate only) or anything with equal or better mechanical properties for better stiffness.Reduce infill accordingly if a stiffer material (compared to the above) is used to improve the overall weight of the racket. Otherwise maintain 100% infill. For the handle:Material: PLA, PETG, ABS (or anything equivalent in strength) will doWhen printed vertically, the handle must have relatively high wall count (~6) to not break in half. (best aesthetics)When printed horizontally, a wall count of ~(3) is sufficient, however you will have to deal with support removal. Stringing the racketYou do not need specific tools to string up the racket! If you do not have any previous experience stringing your own racket, I suggest
