When an awakened bear cub made a wish upon a star that he would grow up to be as strong as a dragon, a certain member of the Faerie Court was listening. Known to some people as the infamous "Butterbear", the baerie dragon is believed to be a tall tale by most who hear of him, but it has been rumored that the forest that he inhabited has numerous cubs appearing with giant faerie wings.
Their breath weapon is a hallucinogenic and laughing gas. It makes people doubt the story they're being told when someone continually giggling tells it to them.
They grow to be full sized bears. They can fly, but its bobbing all around (like a butterfly, but much larger, so picture drops of 2 or 3 feet all the time)), and they can only reach an altitude of 30 feet. Anyone who tries to ride one will get seasick (even a tiny creature). Like a faerie dragon, they have a slightly longer neck (it's still thick though) which they normally keep "tucked in", but when they need to they can
