This think makes it easy to add a baffle around your Rostock MAX printer. Print multiple copies and snap-link them together. Make a ring for the top and bottom. Cut a piece of poster board or other thin (0.5 mm or thinner) sheet and slip into the slots. Since it is a ring it is self-supporting even with very thin materials.
In the example photo I'm using a laminated panoramic photograph. It has a clear border around the photo so you may not see the plastic.
There are two STL files, one with a continuous arc and one that has been cut up. After too many prints pulling up on the ends I cut up the arc to relieve the stress. It works, but I like the continuous version better. You may want to consider a raft if the parts peel up on the ends during the print.
