Bag Cutter

A simple bag cutter for vacuum bags.AssemblyTo print the cutter you need to pause the printer at the right layer. If you are using my profile it should already have a pause at layer 16, otherwise you need to add it yourself. When you slice the model move the vertical slider to the 16 layer mark or at the layer that is right on top of the hole for the blade and right click and click add pause. Then slice again and check if pause is added correctly. It should be right before the hole gets covered. When the printer pauses you need a blade. This model is made for a single part of an olfa knife blade. So remove a single part and this should snap in the print. You may need to apply some pressure for the blade to go in. If tolerances are too low you can try other plates/files. If this doesn't work you can open the model in a CAD program and offset the blade hole outwards or ask in the comments and I will make more files. Make sure to orient the blade correctly!
