Bag Strap Clip

I have a Saddleback leather briefcase with extra tie-down straps. They're there in case I want to strap on an umbrella or something, but most of the time they just hang out and look cool. The bag is over 10 years old now and the leather has been creased in weird ways, so it refuses to stay put. The strap is always slipping up out of its loop and flopping around.

I added a little tube and clip arms so the strap will stay doubled-over and through the loop like it's supposed to.
