Kitbash of a more compact cruiser meant to serve in a similar role to the Sovereign class; as a Nebula Class does to a Galaxy class; or a Miranda class to a Constitutuion class.

*This model was started well over a year ago and was named at that time for an important launch site in Earth's Space program, well before any of the current geo-political events.
