Let me share with you this one, Your own Balance Board!!!.Of course you might buy it but whether you are a real maker (you know what I meant) you will want to built it. And trust me it's quite easy. You may adapt the design as much as you want, I decided to cut my stock wood on a circle, but maybe you wanna let your creativity go and create your own shape.
