I designed a flattened patio door handle to replace the original one, because the original was in the way of the mosquito net.The hole spacing is the same as the factory part (48 mm), so no new drilling is necessary.It is recommended to print it in PETG or ASA for weather resistance.Use at least 3 perimeters and as much infill as possible to withstand mechanical stress.
